Help a Student: Need Silent Beep Or a Stronger Vibrate for T637

i just notice that the T637 vibrate is incredibly WEAK i can't even feel it in my pocket
my siemen C56 i can hear the vibration
my question is is there anything i can do to T637 make the vibration stronger? Or can i create a silent beep tone (the one u get when low battery on some phones) with music DJ?
I am at school all the time so i don't want a song ringtone.
