How to Edit Seem

I just got my original v710 replaced and am not happy. I can no longer transfer from flash! I have the phone connected and have seen a few flash files out there. Should I edit the seem or just do a flash? How do I go about either of them? I have PST running and connecting to the phone. Please help.

What seem edit are you planning? My first reaction is flash, fyi
