With so many scammers selling phones still on ebay. I wondered if anyone can recommend where to buy a 650 that is unlocked and unbranded.

i just bought one from PalmOne Treo Store. you'll be 100% sure of that.

the safest place would be palmone.com but ur looking at payin around $600. I say look around ebay and make sure they have good feedback. that's where I got my treo 650.

Palm one are to slow. They dont ship for 2 days even when the billing and shipping are the same. My Ipaq is broken and I need a phone quick.

I bought my treo from eBay for $540 on the rim and out the door to my house. Works great!! Seller is reliable and shipping was fast. eBay ID is: trancezidane

I did send him an email for a "Buy Now" option. His reply was $540 - worth a shot

Thanks Guys. I went with PalmOne in the end. I was bidding on several on ebay, but the communication and replys to questions were very slow. I also wanted an unbranded one and most on ebay are the unlocked Cingular ones. I paid full money for it, $699. But it will be here in the morning.....

Just as well as T-mobile are 21 days backed up on replacing Ipaqs...

Was the Treo in good shape. Have you had any of the famous problems (loose P key, random reboots, ...)? This guy's price is very good.

Waiting for the no-camera version....

My treo was in "brand NEW" shape. not a scratch/dent/blemish. all in original wrapping. Only the sim card was removed - the only problem I've had was trying to print. It reboots only when I hit the "print this" botton....but its a application (PalmPrint) problem not the Treo.

it's branded with PalmOne and Unlocked. I use it with Cingular & tmobile....I get a better signal with cingular in my area...
