iUnlock is proud to announce that a new firmware version is now available for V800 and 802SE phones.

It is a conversion firmware to Z800, which removes all customizations from the phone, including the menu icons.

The new version is R1X031, which is an update to the previous R1X019 and R1J002, including better menu speed and browser, and a few new themes.

We now have version R1Y005 available for this phone. It seems to be a bug fix for R1X031 and nothing very different, but we are using this flash for all conversions now.

One more update! We now have version R1AB013 available for conversions from 802SE or V800 to Z800. This is the latest version available from Sony Ericsson (AB is later than Z).

For anyone interested, the camera's shutter sound is SILENT when the phone is set to silent mode with this firmware. There is no need to purchase camera silencing service unless you want it to be silent even if the phone is not set as such.
