Q for BES Admins: How to Switch Handhelds?

I have a Blackberry (7230 from T-Mobile) which is currently connected to a Blackberry Enterprise Server. I just ordered a 7730 from eBay. Is switching devices just a matter of moving the SIM card over, and maybe copying a few settings? Or do I have to contact my company's IT Department?

Backup old BB

Make sure BB from eBay does not have the old owner's data; erase it if it does.

Move SIM card to new BB.

Start Desktop Manager and Connect the new BB. It will ask if you want to switch PINs - say Yes.

Restore data from old BB

THat's about it.
