This phone has re-instilled my confidence in Samsung.

Pros
-Small Size
-Built Solid
-Nice Screen/You can set different pics as wallpaper for internal and external(wallpaper size 176x148 will be proportional for both screens) You can also turn off the carrier graphic thus uncluttering your screen.
-External pic id
-Bluetooth worked flawlessly
-MP3 ringtones/sound is pretty decent through speaker, not distorted at all.
-Mp3 Player/Has 3 skins and internal and external controls, sounds really nice with the headset, has equalizer presets as well
-Texting remembers t9 (finally!)
-Same browser as the D500, it's good but still needs improvement, works quickly at least.
-When pushing # for silent mode you can now select if silent mode will vib or not.
-CAMERA/ 1152x864,640x480,320x240,176x148/super fine,fine, normal and economy/shutter sound has 5 options or OFF/Can take pics with flip closed (pic examples below) Pretty decent quality cam.
-Email client!/ I love this as it supports attachments, i've sent a couple pics that were about 225 kb each.
-Charger Plug is attached so you won't lose this one.
-RF has been a bit less than my Nokia 6630 by one bar but good. Calls were very clear.
-Battery has only gone down one notch after many pics, a lot of bluetoothing, webbrowsing and a few calls. I think it's going to have really good battery life.
-Center menu key acts as ok key as well as internet.
-Customizeable short cuts (4 directional keys)

Cons
-No Speakerphone.
-When taking a pic with the flip closed everything in the pic is backwayrds, i.e. letters. If you hit the volume key down it will switch it so everything is correct. Weird.
-No removeable storage but i think 90mb is good.
-Can't enter someones web page as a contact entry.
-Like Nokia and SE you have to buy their headphones due to a non standard jack

-No Folder customization, your pics are stored in downloads folder or favorites folder.

is the screen the same as the e715? What I mean is, will the screen fade like it did on the e715?

just got the e720 a couple of days ago and so far its ok not bad....the best part of the phone is the compact design very sleek....but the screen i am not happy with personally i like k700i screen and sharp gx32.......the mp3 player good...ext buttons make it easy to use...bluetooth works well with my laptop synincg but have not tried with outlook......i want my k700i back seems a bit more worth it....
