I assume you mean the mpx220 in your profile? In that case I've moved your post to the Microsoft Smartphone forum.

Copy the background image (Wallpaper) from your PC to the directory "\Storage\Application Data\Home" on Your Smartphone. Then on the phone, go into Settings -> Home Screen, then go down to Background image, and scroll through the selection until you find the picture you want. Hit "Done", and you're done.
