Why don't you just call your carrier? Tmo charges $70 for an out of warranty exchange. Can't speak for other carriers. Have ALWAYS had good service from Tmo with my phones. Stan

THe phone is unlocked from AT&T. I did ask Tmobile and I was under the impression that they couldn't help me because it was not bought from TMobile.
