I am thinking of installing this software, do any of you guys have any experience with it? Do I need to download winVNC or ultraVNC?

Also how is win-hand? I read at treocentral that there might be a monthly or yearly charge to use it. And a question about security.

PalmVNC works quite well. It's actually usable over Sprint's data network. I have it on mine in case I need to reboot a server at work. You'll obviously need the server part installed on anything you wish to connect to and manage.
