Hi!
I am trying to help my boss with her blackberry, so I apologize in advance for my little lack of knowledge on the subject. She uses the redirector and Outlook 2003.
Everything has been working fine for her until two days ago when she started receiving messages from the blackberry network with each email that was redirected to her blackberry. These emails stay in her Outlook inbox. On her blackberry, she seems to receive the same messages over and over again (it's almost like something is looping). The message is from network@etp02.etp.na.blackberry.net and the subject is RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2. The message says not to delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
Thanks to anyone who has any ideas on the matter.

Those messages appear if the redirector can not be found. Please double check (or reboot) the PC running the Desktop Redirector.

Thanks for your help. I tried that and unfortunately, it didn't work. I did notice that the redirector does not seem to be completely recognizing the connection. It changes to "Disconnected" when I plug it in, but it still says "1 day..." since last contact with handheld. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

What carrier? If it is T-Mobile, make sure that the account is set up with the $29.99/month BB data plan, and not the $19.99/month plan. To use the Desktop Redirector OR BES, you need the more expensive plan.
