MMS can be enabled in the 730T CP with the right version of RSS. It is not just a switch, 3 fields have to be populated with the correct data. It doesn't do much good though, the last time I tried, I could only use the system for about 3 days before I was kicked off even with a provisioned SIM (I bought a dang 860 for my wife just to use the SIM in my 730T.
). It doesn't matter what a CSA puts in Ensemble, 6 tried and 6 times MMS went away after a few days. It seems that starting with the Falcon, Nextel phones auto-populate to the system not only the ESN but the model and other info found in the CP's root. The new MMS system/server is one of the first @ Nextel to use all this info. I hear that the next generation of Ensemble (or whatever it is to be called) will use this info too.

ok so I guess I'll just call and ask if my sim card is mms enabled

tell them u purchased a Nextel i860 off ebay or somethin or from a friend. give them the sn or imei # if they ask for it and tell them u need MMS enabled so u can send pics in emails.
u might run into problems after doing this bc boost phones go through a different # when texting(no totally sure though)
