Has anyone else had this same problem?

Lately, if I push the enter key to answer an incoming call, it will put that call on hold and begin to dial the last number in my call log. It is really annoying when almost every time I answer the phone I end up calling someone else by mistake. It will go away for a while if I pull the battery, but it always come back. I had OS 4 for a long time before the issue started, and the only change I can think of making recently was changing the setting so the phone would not hand up when holstered.
