I called them yesterday and a girl on the phone
said they don't support this phone.

I see that some features work with some phones.
Of course, if you buy the software, you want ALL
features to work.

I currently have Datapilot PC v3.9, and the vx8000 is listed as a model. Make sure you order the LG kit3.

I don't know if you saw the post about compaing DataPilot
and BitPim??

One guy was really trashing it. I really don't wiegh in the fact
that one is free and one has a cost. Unless, they were equal
programs.
May I ask you if ALL of the features work with the vx8000?

I have datapilot, it is a nice program, and connects to the phone easier for me than bitpim. I see bitpim can now import outlook contacts. I think the major flaws for me is not fileview option, and it does not show your wallpapers in the screen unless you actually download each one.

I just received DataPilot for my new VX8000, but it was version 3.8.1, and it claims there are no updates available. Any suggestions about how to get version 3.8.2 or above? Thanks in advance.

Click the update button, and it should show you a list of updates available for download and to install.
