new software for 860?

i heard about a month back that the 860 was coming out with new software has anyone heard anything new about it?

Have been back to the ASC who's rep had alleged he was running a pre-release .01.06 (but saw no proof at that time--the rep was busy with a customer).
Unfortunately, the two times I've returned, he hasn't been on duty. Will keep trying and update the group when there's something tangible to report.

only new software that i know of is the v3 external wallpaper application but it was supposed to come out last weekend so i guess we have to wait

Wrong kind of software. That's a java app, and he was asking for phone software.
