Is there any way to duplicate or copy a Sim? Im guessing this IS a stupid question, but you never know. Changing the sim from my BB to my i95 all the time is a pain in *ss. Just wondering.

No, there is not a way to have two sim cards with the same services provisioned to them.

Wish there were. In fact there is and it is called sim cloning. Not many people doing it.
It would be nice if I could choose between which device to use by simply turning one off and turning the other on but the service providers are really against this as they make it near impossible.
Right now switching sims is the only way to go

My service provider offers a duplicate SIM card service for 3 Euros (about $5 USD) per month. So, I am sure there are other providers out there who do it too.
The way it works (for me) is:
One card is designated as your primary card and has all voice and data services provisioned to it.
The secondary card can do everything the primary card can do --except send & receive sms/blackberry data. It can however, handle GPRS connections that I initiate, and handle data calls (i.e. act like a modem).
Both cards have the same phone number, and have full voice services. When there is an incoming voice call, both phones ring. While you are in a call with one phone, the other phone can not be used for calls.
About the only negative aspect I have noticed, is that I have to have the primary card in the BlackBerry handheld. Then, I miss any sms that people send me if I am just carrying the "other" phone and not the BB. Fortunately I do not receive many sms.
This service was designed mainly for people who have phones installed in their cars, and they want to use the same number in the car as their handheld phone, but they do not want to swap the SIM card between the two devices. But I find it useful because I have only one phone contract from my company, I need a BB for work, but I do not like using the BB 7290 as a phone. (It is not a "fun phone", although it is intentionally designed this way). The service is pretty cheap too, so my company doesn't mind.
