I set up 4 roadrunner accounts on my new treo 650 and I can receive mail with no problem but when I try to send or reply I get error message 550 5.7.1 relaying denied. Neither palmone tech support or roadrunner tech support could help me. Any one out there know what I should do? Thanks.

Have you successfully send email on any connection other than RR? I have also an RR account at my house but I have never able to send any mail if I am not connected to a RR network. I don't think it is the Treo, it is the RR that is preventing you from sending. If you have RR setting on email (other than Treo) please post it.

I found out what to set the outgoing server as today so that I can send from my palm treo 650 using my roadrunner acounts. Instead of the smtp-server@tampabay.rr.com you put cwmx.com. I know it seems short, but it works and I had to go through alot to find this out.

I tested it with my outlook, everything seems to be working but when I sent mail to my other accounts, it is not showing up?
Would you post the rest of the setting, which boxes need to be checked and unchecked on the incoming and outgoing servers?

Trudy,
Incoming and outgoing port setting please.

FYI - Roadrunner allows outgoing mail without login (authorization) only when connecting from a roadrunner IP. So if you're trying to send mail using smtp-server.region.rr.com from your phone you need to enable outbound authentication. It's in the advanced settings in versamail. Good luck.
