Advanced syncing question. Please help!

Ok, I have a Treo 650 which I love and want to use it for work instead of the Blackberry I am given. Now, I use my Treo 650 for EVERYTHING and like to separate work from play, but would rather not carry around two devices.
Is it possible to HotSync with my work computer and home computer, but at work, it will only sync with Outlook items I have under the "Work" category under the various PIM apps and nothing else?
Since our IT department has full access over our computers and everyone has access to each other's Outlook, I don't want everyone viewing all my personal appointments, phone book entries, and memos.
