Recently my company started using the 7520, i just got mine last week. Ive gotten the hang of it pretty well. My only problem is that I goto 2 websites for work all the time, but i end up having to leave one site to goto the other then return back again, its frustrating not being able to just switch. Is i possible?

Currently has the blackberry browser, i saw the link for NOL (nextel on line) link, wich i thought was the nextell browser, but if i load that its still blackberry browser and i cant switch. I downloaded another web-browser webViewer, cant remember the name exactly, but its trailware. Is there just a way to get 2 blackberry browsers open? even by force, hex editing something or copying the program itself to a new location and have it installed twice?

Thanks for any help

Wirelessly posted (Blackberry 7520. | DONE.: BlackBerry7520/4.0.0 UP.Browser/5.0.3.3 UP.Link/5.1.2.12)

If you have two seperate browsers on the bb (NOL or the RIM html, as well as Reqwireless Webviewer), you can do this. Open one browser and point it to the website you want. Once there, press the alt (half moon key) and hit esc button at the same time--this will bring up a one line, short-cut icon menu, where you can choose to go to the home screen, message center, or the phone app--choose the home screen. Then, open up the other browser and direct it to the other website. From here you can hit alt-esc, and choose the other browser that was previously opened to toggle back and forth between the two. The alt-esc function is similar to minimizing an app in windows on the pc.

Ive tried this, and when i open NOL and then alt-tab to home, and load the blackberry browser it switches back to the NOL page i was just at, doesnt seem to be working.

And i just found out, I cant get to my work webpages from the NOL browser, the blackberry browser allows me to get to the webpages i need access too, they must be internal sites because blackberry browser uses BES. They time out with NOL browser and i cant even access them from my home pc.

Using BlackBerry Browser and WebViewer in alternate fashion. You can't have two instances of the BlackBerry Browser and NOL up at the same time. You may see them up together on the ribbon, but it's really one instance. If you use WebViewer and BlackBerry Browser together, you can achieve the results you're looking for. Just toggle back and forth between them by Esc. to the ribbon.

You can't use both NOL and BlackBerry Browser

You have to install Reqwireless Webviewer, or another non-preinstalled browser to multitask multiple web browsers on the BlackBerry.

well, using reqwireless's webviewer and blackberry browser will load at the same time, thanks. But my prob now is the 2 websites i work from are both internal websites within the company, not accessable from the internet. The blackberry browser goes through our BES and has no prob connecting, webviewer uses an internet proxy wich makes it impossible to connect. And reading through reqwireless's forums it doesnt look like its possible with it. So im still stuck on 1 browser, hopefully someone will figure a way to run multiple blackberry browsers.
