I couldn't get mine to work either...I tried everything! My data cable for the VX6000 worked though, but not using the current version of Bitpim, I had to install an older version to get it to work.

I also bought the data cable from cellphoneshop and I cannot get it to work. My phonebook is nerfed now because it got stuck trying to communicate
