Random Calls linked to Bell

I have a serious problem with my phone. About 10-15 times a day i get a call from this phone number (514)867-****. the last four digits are always different. everytime i answer nobody is there and if i call it back it goes to the General Bell Call Answer Service. i tried calling bell but they have no clue what the problem is and they wont block those numbers for me. anyone have any idea what this could be or how to stop it?

Try a reverse look-up on the number on a site such as www.411.ca or something similar
