MPX220 supports j2me, right?
If so, where can I put the jar and jad files so MPX220 would recognize?

The only way (thus far) that I have been able to setup and run Java programs using the supplied software on the MPx220, is to use Pocket Internet Explorer on the MPx220 to download the JAD file from a web server (not the JAR file). PIE will automatically launch the JVM on the phone (Jeodek) to pull down the JAR file and set it up for use.

It seems like they tried as hard as they could, to make people use GPRS (paying for more airtime) to install Java apps. Fortunately, you can use Internet Passthrough to get around this.

Yes, strange but true. Also, if you are thinking of posting some stuff on a web server so you can then download it onto your phone, make sure your web server sends back the correct mime type strings (for JAD & JAR files), or it still won't work.

The one nice thing about a Windows smartphone is that they basically make Java programs obsolete, as an EXE program runs much better.
