V3 RAZR or stick to SE? (K750i or K600i )

Hi, I've been using a T610 for the past 21 months with little to complain about other than it getting greasy really quick on the black part, the abysmal camera quality (which I don't use much anyway) and the thickness.
Now my subscription with T-Mobile in the Netherlands ends in about 2,5 months so I think of switching to Telfort (because it's cheaper) and get a new phone.
I really like the look of the Motorola V3 RAZR, because I could use such a thin phone. After reading lots and lots of reviews it's still not very clear to me whether the user friendlyness is bad or not and how the battery life and quality is.
I like my SE T610's interface, is the V3's that much different?
Also, any more insights regarding the V3?
I don't really plan to use the extra's that the other 2 upcoming SE's have to offer (UMTS, Memory Stick slot), but if the Motorola is really too horrid to operate I might wait a month for the release of the K750i.
You see, I only use a phone for the basics; calling, being called, a handful of SMS'es per month and playing the games on the toilet. I don't need EDGE, UMTS, IR and other than trying to send my phonebook from the T610 to the new phone via BlueTooth, I don't plan on using BT either.

If you don't use the features, then there's no point in paying for them, I'd go for the V3 if you want a phone that is good at being a phone and looks good. There is a large difference between the UI's though

could you elaborate on the 'difference' of the GUI's?
I've found out that 1 negative thing mentioned in the reviews is an error; that you can't have multiple numbers under 1 name; you CAN, but you have to set the phonebook to 'show primary entries only'.
About the mp3 ringtones, is 64kbs really the maximum?

Its hard to elaborate on the difference, they are just two different UI's, if you like the SE's alot and don't want to give it up, then don't switch. I never owned a V3 so I don't know about the ringtone size, I did own an E398, V600 and V80 and I can't remember whether or not there was a restriction

Well guys, I went ahead and got the Razr V3.
All was well until yesterday. I decided to create some extra memory by deleting unwanted imy, mid and jpg files.
I also checked that ringtones be set to silent and deleted the 2 dB files, but when I go to Settings-->Call Profiles (where Soft, Loud, VibraCall and Vibr+Ring and stuff like that are) and I want to Edit the details (to set a different ringtone), it jumps back to the Settings screen.
I'm busy right now to restore my backup I made with Motokit, hope it goes well.
ABout the phone itself; almost everything that people addressed that it couldn't do... it CAN do most stuff!
If you type an SMS, but get a call, people thought the SMS would be lost. No sirrey, it's under Concepts. I like the mp3 ringtones, it makes decent enough photo's (way better than my T610!), battery life is long enough.
These are my only negative findings:
-the external CSTN screen SUCKS! They should have made it a 64 or 256 color OLED; less battery consumption, more contrast, better visible.
-SMS-ing for people used to T9 can be a tad difficult.
-the photomenu is kinda slow (compared to my T610, which also showed thumbnails).
-opening the phone with one hand is very hard.
