Help with Lg L1400 Wallpaper

Hi I uploaded wallpaper from my computer for my L1400 Phone. I have the right sizes the main wallpaper is 128x160 and the outside is 96x96. But when i upload them it shows them both but it wont let me put the smaller one as the front wallpaper. Does anyone else have that problem or know how to get around it?
