HELP: Useless Phonebook File from Audiovox CDMA 8900?

About a month or so ago, I tried to backup my phonebook from my Audiovox CDMA 8900 using a utility called BitPim.
The procedure worked fine. I got the phonebook file.
But when I open it in a text editor, it is filled with garbage. (I did NOT convert the file to CSV at the time as I was unaware that it was an option). So I have a raw data file that probably only the phone can understand.
The problem is: I no longer have that phone!
So I was wondering: Does anyone know of a utility that will allow me to read/convert the file that I extracted using BitPim?
Extreme help is required!
Thanks in advance!
