Help me pick a phone please

OK, so I use Cingular in the US, and I'm up for an upgrade, currently I have a simple Nokia, but I like more compact ish phones, flip or maybe the slide like the s700 or s710. So, I'm just looking for a good all around phone that has camera and is fairly small (flip or slide) and has decent battery life, any suggestions?

well, the S700 or S710 will not suit you because the phone is pretty large. Since you are using cingular, then you should get an 850 capable phone. Look at the nokia 6230b, samsung E317 or something like a moto v220. I dont have any experience with the moto but its a small flip phone with a camera.

Do you have any other preferences besides just a camera? Are you only getting the phone through cingular?

Well, a decent camera would be nice, and flip is definitely preferred, pretty much all the preferences I got, and yea, I'm getting it through Cingular

What about the Sammy P777? Never seen one in person so I dont know how large it is

That's too much money but would be a good one, I'm looking more at v551 now, how is that one overall? looks perfect as I'm not using for business or anything like that

Motorola v80.. It's 850 band is disabled but you can enable it.

really? I've only heard of that working on the V300 and A630, and only partially working on the E398
