Factory Direct Cellular.com?

As all Siemens users here in the US know, accessory and aftermarket availability for our phones are few and far between, and hard to find. Has anyone dealt with factorydirectcellular.com? They have some real reasonable prices? They claim to keep prices low by not allowing anything other than contact via e-mail and fax.

They have lots of cases. I do not work for this company, however, I feel that I am experiencing a communication problem with them. Anyone else?

They's also got a bad listing at: http://search.bbb.org/

I've had my problems with them that are still unresolved. If you need S40 accessories, including headset adapter, try www.wirelessgalaxy.com

I've had good success with them

I Bought from this company. Right product good price & delivered on time. Excellent customer service. I left a message (Product Question) on their voicemail system Sunday Holiday weekend, manager called me from his car with the information. Excellent Customer Service

Re Factory Direct Cellular: Ordered a little more than $50 in 'stuff' being a new t68i owner on 11/10/2002; email confirmation rcvd. Card billed on 11/13. No delivery as of 11/24. Sent email asking status on 11/24; rcvd auto-reply saying I needed to email to a different email addr. Sent there; no reply. Sent again a few days later; again no reply. Sent warning email on 12/3 that I'd post here & elsewhere if no response w/in 48 calendar hours. Never any response. Company's out to lunch as far as I'm concerned. Even waited longer. Been patient enough.

Those are the facts.

Now have (a) posted here as I said I'd do, & (b) sent email to my bank asking for info about what to do to get my $$ back. While the $$ isn't THAT important, their lack of billing w/o delivery coupled with no response makes me wonder how legitimate (fraudulent?) this company is.

So... warning to the wise: STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! At least based on my experience so far. They can go suck a rock as far as I'm concerned.

After reading an earlier reply to my e-mail, and the BBB attachments kindly posted by CDWBYERS, I realized that I was getting screwed! I have put the charge on hold and am disputing it for product billed and not received.
I have told the credit card company not to keep this company as a customer.
I am going to complain to Yahoo as well. When you search for S46, it is the first thing that comes up, this ****ing factory direct.com

I should have known better and blame myself for ordering from a company without a telephone #.

Good luck, maybe we can both send them a message.
