Hi Friends,

I used this great application before I had to do a Hard Reset.

I installed it again and use the PocketDivXEncoder to do a new movie. But now, I can't "c" anything just black screen on the 220 phone. I "encode" it to 220X176 , and nothing changed.

Anyone can help me what to do next.

I'M using BetaPlayer Ver. Stab.0.5

YES , I press the PLAY ......

YES, I turned ON the phone ..........

YES, I copy an AVI file ..............

YES, I'M working with MPX220 and not with my "D" .....

So, try to help and if you can't, don't write any of your BS ideas...

Hey, try to install it again, and try another movie what work before, post your results...

Are there any additional codecs you need? It was either betaplayer or pocketmovie that I needed to install a DivX or Xvid codec to get the movies to play, the program would open but not the movie. Just checkin'

I don't know how and why, it is working again.

NOW, Dear "onlydarksets" , when some1 is asking a question about : if the phone is in "ON" position, or something similar to this question, will get that reply.

I feel you huntman69, sometimes its seem like you have certain people in here that get there kicks off of tryin to be funny towards people that are asking for honest help! I had that same problem in this forum with a couple of people. Then after telling them off about the sarcastic help that they offered, they said that i also had an attitude problem, lol.

sorry, but... chill out, hunt. it does show just a blank screen before you press play. sometimes people forget to do the obvious! it happens to all of us, i promise

For the record, my original comment was sincere - you described the screen before you press play. I tried to help and I got sniped at. If your weltanschauung is to assume the worst in people, then fine - but don't expect help from people.

Well, i say that if it was sincere and it was not intended to be funny then much props to you too Mr. onlydarksets, but i guess sometimes reading texts can be tricky, and communication can become misinterpreted by how it was said rather than what you are trying to say!, I myself have also experienced that black screen when i first pressed play with betaplayer. I would be able to hear the sound but no picture, all i did at that moment was close the app with task manager and reopened it, and it worked fine after that! betaplayer(stable 0.5) is still unstable to me, but it still gets the job done, im now watching kung fu hustle on my phone!
