Dropped My Sidekick II

Coming up the stairs earlier I dropped my Sidekick II. It landed pretty hard on the cement. The screen is fine and the only real physical visible damage is some tiny scratches on the back. I've noticed my backspace key doesn't quite have the same feel to it though. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If u call tmo about that they are gonna smack u witha $70 fee and an out of warranty notice

the conditions that he mentioned....HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH 70 DOLLAR OUT OF WARRANTY CHARGE............cosmetic damage and a damaged keypad is "IN" warranty!

Just call T-Mo up and tell them that the battery doesn't hold a charge with minimal use. Then they do a handset exchange.
