LG 5550 Ringtone question

I have a LG 5550 on Bell Mobility.
I've downloaded a few ringtones and i want to use them for specific people.
But it will only let me assign the defualt ringtones to names, and not downloaded ones.
can someone help??

thats sh*tty, have u tried getting a firmware upgrade to see if it helps?
