I have a kx444 for about a month now. People I talk to are constantly complaining that I am fading in and out and staticy. This is on regular phone calls not speaker phone. I have taken it to VZW im not sure what they did but it still seems to be a problem, maybe not as frequent now. It takes a long time to connect when trying to make a regular call as well. Is it just mine or does anyone else experience this problem? Should I just go back and ask them to swap it out for a refurb? Also how do I check the prl version? Is it under phone info in the menu? Do they use a different prl numbering scheme? Thanks.

I used 2 for over a month....The ones that I had worked pretty good....They had to go only because I gave up the PTT.......Bring it back, your's sounds defective !
