I was able to send one picture I took via mms, took another picture never would go to the mms send page. So I tried to go straight to it via messaging and now mms option not listed. The only options that are there now are Text and Outlook. Also when this happened all my text messages were cleared out. Anyone else had this happen???????

This happened to me recently. The only solution I could figure was to wipe the phone. Now it's working more reliably at a lot of other things, too.

Well you don't have to do that.

Do the following:

Start, MMS Settings, Menu, MMSC Settings, Menu, New

Go to my blog and look for the settings to fill in here.

While you are there make sure your Proxy Settings are correct to

I think I might have to do a hard reset because now everytime i restart my phone i loose all of the text messages i have recieved when i do this will i loose all of my contacts.... also emm the important part how to do the hard reset i know ppl have talked about it but never seen it mentioned how thanks again

Power the phone off, then while holding the blue action button, power the phone back on. A screen will appear that will say: Hard Reset and have yes and no.
