Pleeeaase Help me with this datacable!!

Okay, I just bought the datacable for like 40 bucks from verizon. I got the VX7000 phone. I want to be able to transfer my pics and my videos from my phone to my laptop. Also, I want to be able to transfer mp3s or midis from my laptop to my phone for ringtones. And if at all possible, pics from the laptop to my phone. I think all i need is a piece of software that will let me do it, but I dont know where to get it! Would somebody pleeease help me?
