8610 Extended Nam

Hey everyone. I bought an Vox 8610 from Virgin Mobile and I would like to put it on my Alltel account. I know this can be done because it is CDMA like Alltel, and Alltel will activate any phone as long as it is their technology. My problem is I am having trouble getting into the extended nam. When I press ##virgin it gets me into the sub-nam menu. I need to get into the extended nam to put Alltel's network ID, etc in. All help is appreciated. Thanks.
