do a soft reset press 1+0+@ mine keeps doing that too. I think maybe somethings wrong with it. Keeps flashing SIM then X

that usually means you are loosing connection to the server. so you can blame danger for that. I have a sim pass code on mine. for everytime I turn it on.

For some reason my phone had this too and then it went into a endless cycle of asking me to put a T-Mobile SIM in it.

I went to the store and there were 4 ppl that had the SAME exact problem.... moral of story is I have a replacement coming to me as we speak.

Call Customer Care and ask for a warranty exchange.

the only time my sk asks me for sim pin is when i turn it on.. as far as dangers servers.. well i think tmobile has something to do with losing data service.. dont you all ever stop to think that they might have to shut down the servers for repairs or upgrades? of course just like internet at home sometimes is slow sometimes its not.. remember this is a **** pda so its not going to be lightening fast like comcast or dsl. this is a little hand held device..as far as the device not being reliable.. well thats bull!!! ive had my device for a while and not 1 problem yet. i think you all abuse your phones like dropping it, tossing it around, leaving it in direct sun dropping it in water and whatever else you can do to your phone to screw it up
