I just bought my Kyocera 5135 yesterday & my call display isn't working. (Every call is 'UNAVAILABLE') I phoned my provider, and they confirmed that it was an activated service on my phone... Is this a provider problem, or was my phone not programed correctly at the store? Thank you...

Could be they all have blocked ids, especially if they're calling from BM. long distance, telemarketers (if it's your home phone too), bill collectors?

Take it in, if you don't think it's any of those things.

check will Bell.. sounds like a network thing.

It is a network problem. I can get call display from other cell phone callers, but not from a land line caller.
