Audiovox 5600, anyway to speed up boot?

Is this common to all Microsoft Smartphones? A very long boot? My phone takes 50-55 seconds from the time i turn it on until its ready to go.....
Anyway to speed it up?

yeah it takes about a minute for my mpx220 to boot up too. probably standard. its not that long ...

my mpx220 takes about 20 seconds to boot up not even close to a minute...
