I have a new T637 from that is AT&T wireless. If I unlock it, using Jhongs Inc. perhaps, will I lose all of my programming & settings, or will it retain those items with the new firmware? What is the best unlocking solution at this time as well? Thanks!

If you only get the phone unlocked, the firmware will not be changed.

You will not lose any of your settings, pictures, phonebook, or anything else.

If you get it flashed or decustomized, that is another story altogether

Yep, what he says ^^ unlockign cant delete stuff but still good to back up your stuff in case the person sucks at unlocking and kills your phone

which rarely happens but always good to make back ups
