Problem with the T6 screws on T63x.

My screws on my T630 (the bottom one under battery) is clean. No marks for the screwdriver, and this happend after i sent it for repair, quite a long time ago. So, if anyone knows what i shall do, please help me, as i want to make some mods. And i cant get the phone open due to this freaking screws which they destroyed!

If the put a perfectly flat screw in there makes you wonder how they screwed it, they probally had a Strong Magnet screw driver that they screwed it with, could be a possibility, or possibly that isnt even a screw just a sticker or filling or soemthing just try unscrewing the other screws and see if it comes off or something,
