so I upgraded the software on my 7280 to the new one (v4.0.0.219) anyways I don't get the list of who I called and who called and when in my message list anymore, and I WANT IT BACK!
so I do I fix that, lemme rephrase that, how do I fix this without going back to the old software

You may neeed to go into option uder the phone app and edit the call logging options.

That's not a stupid question.....

Just edit your logging options under phone options.

Alternatively, you can use ALT and P in the message screen to filter for phone calls only. Use escape button to exit from this filter.

ok cool thanks
it just threw me off so bad, I miss tons of phone calls and most ppl know better than to leave me a voicemail (I hardly ever check them) and well frankly I couldn't tell who called me and it was a pain, but thanks for solving this guys

oh and yes it is a stupid question, it's in the manual that I didn't read, that I later lost, therefore stupid question
