Has anyone figured out how to remove the default ringtones? I got a KX2 and when I just delete them in QPST they re-appear after the phone restarts. I deleted them from /brew/media/snd/ringer/default/

I even tried deleting the folder itself, when the phone restarted, all the ringers were back. I don't need to get rid of them for memory sake, I just don't like having to scroll through them all to get to my custom ringers.

I tried deleting them and not restarting the phone, but they were still listed in the ringers folder, but they didn't play.

Anyone know how to take these files out of the list of ringer types?

cant do. many of us have tried. likely installed in the firmware.
