Treo 650 on Exchange 5.5

I am an IT manager and one of my bosses is considering purchasing a Treo 650. He would like to have the ability to connect to our exchange server. From what i researched. The palm sponsered app. Exchange ActiveSynch only works with Exchange 2003 and Server 2003. Is there a software that will work with the 650 and Exchange 5.5. Thanks for your help

Or you could just use the IMAP settings for Email. Probably is only email he's after anyway?
