I have had my usb cable for about 6 monthz now and i styll haven't transfered anything to it. I use bit pim 0.62 and when i choose "get phone data" or "send phone data" i always get this message:

An unexpected exception has occurred.

PLEASE HELP ME! I recently bought a prolific data cable with software including BitPim and 10,000 ringtones. I installed all of the needed software, verified my comport information. When I go to filesystem I can veiw all of my phone's contents. My problem is when I go to "data" and then "send data" all of the options show up, but i'm not able to select any of them
