How to perform a master reset on Sidekick II?

Hi, iw as wondering how to perform a hard or master reset on side kick 2? i looked and it said something about a hole but i can seem to find it? if anyone could help me that would be great..thanks!

Flip it halfway and you'll see a pin dot hole. Stick a paper clip in there while holding down the power off button.

yup close the screen half way and then youll see an arrow pointed to a hole stick a paper clip in there and push down on it while pressing the power key.. its a little ackward but get use to it..
