Problems with desktop interface

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem using the desktop interface for Fido. Here's what happens:

1. Login to fidohiptop.ca
2. Go to the email application
2. Click "New Message" link in the left nav
3. Click the "Look Up Addresses" button
4. At this point for some reason my "F" contacts are selected by default
5. Find my contact, put a checkmark beside his/her name, and click the "Insert Checked Contacts" button
6. I come to a screen that looks like a new message but the recipient is not added to the recipient text field. If I had entered anything in the message prior to step 3 all of the content would have been erased at this point.

Also, I keep getting an error whenever I try to add an attachment to my email.

Is anyone having a similar problem? Or problems in general with the desktop interface provided for Fido? Any help would be appreciated.

i have the same problem and posted about it. seems no fix in the near future. i wonder who you have to complain too...

e46shift - are you having the same problem with the tmobile desktop interface? My problems are with the Fido desktop interface but if you're having the same problems it may be a more central problem than I thought.

Yeah tmobile desktop interface.
Probably a danger problem. They are so lazy
