Z500a on Fido: Missing menu items

Has anyone noticed that the "Call Timer", and "Data Counter" features have been omitted from the Fido branded Z500 phones?
If you look carefully, it's mentioned in the manual, and these features have been present in every SE phone I've seen in the last 4 years.
Can anyone confirm this.

I have not witnessed it myself, but I believe it.
Getting the phoen flashed with non-customized firmware should fix it.
