6035 trying to change from Sprint to Verizon

6035 trying to change from Sprint to Verizon.
My verizon 6035 died, a picked up a sprint 6035 and I want to switch it to my verizon account. The verizon tch failed and said there is an unlock sprint code we need to get.
Can anyone lend a hand?
