Ngage kernel panic? Not quite WSOD

I have two ngages that I have been using as series 60 test beds for java apps. Now both are displaying the same message

I have been using fexplorer to install apps. NokiaUSA says that they cant find the IMEI numbers in their databases and that the phones are probably foreign. Also, the technical support people think that they may be prototypes. I am told that when prototypes are sent in for repair they are confiscated.

So, what do I do and where can I go to get these fixed? I've been looking around hofo for a while but cant find anything.

I notice that there is a offset six pin port underneath the battery. Can I reflash these with something like a Nokia 3210 cable?

Any help will be appreciated.
