whats up yall? i was just postin this for all sidekick users west of the mississippi.. tmobile said that the techs. are working on the servers and they will be up shortly.. call and complain so they will make it snappy

i also had an *** clown of a rep!!! i just cursed him out for 10 minutes and telling him that he doesnt know how to do his job.. this was the data group rep then i asked to talk to his boss.. my data is back but it cuts out every half hour.. i can log onto aim but it will disconnect... i also found out that all tmobile data is down... sidekick service, tzones, blackberry service... maybe the servers were hacked into and somebody did something to them cuz its pretty weird that all data services are down for tmobile... im seriously getting pissed off and annoyed with tmobile... also i hate hiptop.com... those punks banned me for something stupid!!! actually it was appletech that banned me that ***!!!

Working, as I do, in a similar industry, I *highly* recommend calling and complaining this when a service is down for maintenance. The customer service department has a direct line to cattle prods embedded in the technician's necks and the more complaints they get the more the techs get zapped. 10,000 volts to the neck *always* incents me to work faster and better, since I'm usually such a slacker.

thats the funniest thing ive ever heard... i talked to robert a tmobile store manager and from what hes heard there were over 100,000 complaints about the servers being down.. if people complain there going to work faster just to shut people up!!! whoa you guys are talking about me being nasty and coming off as an A**hole but really whos the A**holes in here? im not on here starting trouble and harrassing anybody.. i feel everyone in here making rude comments should be banned.. this thread should be deleted now since the servers are back up...

Well, the point I was trying to make, sarcasm aside, was that this isn't necessarily true - complaining hassles the CSRs but nobody really goes back to the techs and says "we're getting complaints, work faster you losers".

GENERALLY speaking, when something big is going down, it's delays in getting fixed aren't because the responsible parties are sitting around eating doughnuts.

When something is down, the people working on the problem are just as motivated - maybe more - to getting things fixed as you are to want them fixed.
