650 and Verichat Random Reboots

I just got my first palm...and obviously my first Treo 650. What is up with the random reboots? I upgraded to 1.21 firmware (god know how I managed to figure it out) and downloaded the demo fo verichat and its rebooting like crazy. Whats the deal?! Anyone else having this happen or have a fix?
