Well I ordered my second Treo 650 this year last Monday, and was hoping that the audio has been fixed on the Sprint network. Unfortunatly, my Treo 650 is missing in action. PalmOne says that they shipped it on May 4th for delivery on May 5th, but FedEx has no record of ever picking up my unit for shipment.

Now I get to wait 4-5 more business days while Fedex and PalmOne argue over who is at fault. If they cannot find my unit, they will just refund my money and I will have to re-order. I explained to PalmOne that I do not want a refund, just a Treo 650 shipped ASAP if they cannot locate my missing shipment.

I at least hope that they can retain me as a customer offering me something for my time that I have wasted, and the interest that I am paying on my credit card.

Oh well...

Update: Palm refunded my credit card yesterday...I then called back to Palm and re-ordered. They had to do an override to get my 15% off coupon discount that is no longer any good.

I hope that this unit arrives soon.
